Prime began as a family-run renovation business before focusing on windows and doors. We opened our Belleville showroom in 2020 to make choosing the right products easier for homeowners in our region.
We're local, which means customers can speak with our team directly and know where to find us after installation. We want your experience to feel personal from the first question to the finishing touches.

We work with Canadian manufacturers, including Ontario-based suppliers. Ask us which specific product lines are manufactured in Canada.
Experienced, in-house installation
Our installation teams work with windows, entry doors and patio doors every day. That familiarity helps us plan carefully and solve site-specific challenges.
Coverage and accountability
Our employees are covered through WSIB, and our business carries liability insurance. Current insurance documentation is available through our office upon request.
Thoughtful door construction
Select systems offer insulated polyurethane cores, prefinished slabs, vinyl-clad jambs, ball-bearing hinges, security upgrades and decorative glass choices. Exact features depend on manufacturer and model.
Support beyond installation
Our proposed 10-year transferable labour warranty focuses on qualifying installation workmanship. Manufacturer component warranties vary by brand and model.
Available door features, manufacturer warranties, place of manufacture and insurance documentation depend on the specific product, project and current policy.

The window technicians were friendly and excellent in their workmanship, and quality checks! Whole house was completed in a day, with no mess left behind! Chris the owner, has excellent customer service and was quick to answer and be helpful with all inquiries! I checked around before picking Prime Windows as my contractor, and im glad I did because like I said earlier, from beginning to end, the project went well, and as planned! Just had 11 windows installed. So happy with their work! I LOVE my new windows. I gave them a design and they had them made without any issues. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They made sure we were satisfied before they left. I will definitely be using their services again in the spring for the remaining basement windows and a patio door.
